By using TriState Ride services, you agree to the following terms and service conditions.

2. Pricing
Rates are based on distance, time, vehicle type, tolls, waiting time, and additional services. Prices may vary during peak periods or special events.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur charges. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
4. Waiting Time
Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time (typically 30-60 minutes). Additional waiting time will be billed.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle and must comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
6. Liability
TriState Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Lost Items
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, but we will assist in recovery when possible.
8. Agreement
By booking a ride, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
